JEREMY ERDREICH
Jeremy has over 20 years of experience developing boutique real estate projects in and around downtown Birmingham including mixed-use, multifamily, historic preservation, and urban infill. Jeremy also has over 20 years of experience in architectural and interior design projects in Birmingham, New York City, and the Hamptons. A native of Birmingham, Jeremy was educated at Yale, Harvard and the University of Cambridge, UK.
JESSICA MOODY
Jessica has been working in the nonprofit sector for more than 12 years. She has spent the last 11 years working with Create Birmingham mentoring small businesses and startups in Birmingham, overseeing the film office for the Greater Birmingham region, and serving as city cultural liaison. She serves as a valuable resource to visiting filmmakers and incoming productions and plays a critical role in mentoring artists and entrepreneurs regularly to help them set actionable tasks and achievable goals.
MARTIN TAYLOR
Martin has more than eight years of experience owning/operating a membership-based business in Birmingham. Additionally, Martin has over fifteen years of proven nonprofit fundraising and donor relations experience. Martin attended the University of Alabama at Birmingham earning a BA in Political Science and History as well as an MPA.

Kristen Farmer Hall and Victor King are the duo behind Birmingham award-winning restaurants The Essential, Bandit, and La Fête. They have been working together, now managing three locations, since 2015.
